"I just finished an Estate Sale organized by PickerRUs and was very pleased with the service and guidance I received from them. It was a last minute Estate Sale, so they came quickly, viewed my Estate, sat with me and answered all my questions and completely explained the ins and outs of the sale.

I was given updates and assurances as this was my first sale. Everything was taken care of , prices set, all items arranged just so, photographs taken an displayed on the internet, everything cleaned up. They even helped me decide the best way to dispose of any left over merchandise, which was picked up and donated to a thrift shop (a tax deduction).

"I would like to share my experience in hiring Lori & Mary. With less than a week to close on our family home estate I had to find someone that could assist in getting the job done in a timely fashion. Well I went online and typed in “Estate Sales” which led me to a website that had a list of many so I posted my request. One of the first responses I received was from these women and they asked when does the closing of the home occur. I told them the 15th of April and they told me that they are the ones that could get the job done and came the next morning at 11am to access the job. I love their energy, passion, and spirit – these ladies are amazing and love what they do. They even helped with hiring Salvation Army to get the remaining items left over from the sale. "Moving is stressful, so when I sold my house and planned to move out of the country, I knew I needed someone to help me with the sale of all the things I could not take along.
Lori came recommended by my realtor. At our first meeting I was impressed by her energy and her keen eye and I liked the way she explained what she was planning to do. I was more than happy to give the job over to her and not worry about all that is involved in setting up and dealing with a sale like this.
At the second meeting pictures were taken of all items for sale.The event was scheduled for a three day weekend. Lori spread the word on every channel and website imaginable. I left the pricing of most items up to her although she checked with me to make sure it was agreeable. The week before the sale she came with her crew and started organizing the layout, posting signs and closing off areas in the house that were off limits. The three day sale went off without a hitch and the result was excellent. I did not have to be there and was happy not to have to get involved. For me it was a stress free situation. At the end, Lori and her crew cleaned up and left house and garden in great condition. I received a receipt on all the sales and had the check in the mail within a couple of days. I have to highly recommend Lori for a job well done. She is a hard worker, honest, reliable, very efficient and sure knows her stuff. "I cannot recommend Lori Cerasoli and her team highly enough. They were recommended to me by a real estate agent who had noticed their professional work at local estate sales; I was grieving from the loss of both parents in a short time, had their entire household of over 60 years to sort through, and wasn’t in any state to do this myself.
Lori was thorough, communicative, and gentle with both the belongings and me in my grief. The team understood that they were delving into my parent’s lives in a very personal way and did so with confidentiality and carefulness. Lori accesses assistance from historians, teachers, artists, electronics gurus and “muscle” to assess, sort, organize and move items. Lori and her team were able to retrieve significant profit on items I would have thrown out and worked very quickly. Some items obviously needed to be discarded, but most was sold, recycled or donated to worthy organizations including clothing bank, food banks, and durable medical equipment which went to a local hospital for their indigent patients. I had a good feeling about the outcome and when all was said and done, I was able to focus on my parents and not on their belongings; I did zero work.
